A: You will be met in person in the Arrivals hall by our English-speaking staff who will take you directly to your car outside the terminal. No counters, queues, car-parks or shuttle buses.
A: Yes, up to 2 additional drivers (over 21yrs, min 1yrs license) can be added to your booking
A: Of course. Childseats, SatNav and other extras (strollers, snowchains) are available upon prior request. See also "Extras" on Step 3 of the on-line booking process
A: All cars are delivered with a full tank of Fuel which is charged separately.
A: Payment is due when the car is delivered. We also accept credit-cards (Visa or Mastercard).
A: Most car groups include unlimited mileage for rental periods of 1 week or more.
A: The standard rental agreement covers mainland Spain only. Portugal and Gibraltar can be added subject to approval.
A: Our staff will meet you personally outside the Departure Terminal, with a trolley ready for your luggage. You'll be at your Airline Check-In counter within minutes.
